2007 Homicide #18

Date/time: Friday, April 13, 2007, at approximately 1:40 a.m.
Location: Kennedy subway station ( Kennedy & Eglinton )
Victim name/age: Nick Brown, 21
Suspect(s):

On Friday, April 13, 2007, at approximately 1:40 a.m., police responded to a call for a badly injured man at the Kennedy subway station. The man suffered from obvious trauma. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

On Saturday, April 14, 2007, a post−mortem was conducted. The cause of death was "a stab wound to the left thigh associated with other stab wounds."

Date/time: Thursday, April 12, 2007, at approximately 10:05 p.m
Location: 1340 Danforth Road, Apt 210
Victim name/age: Bradley Frank, 30
Suspect(s): Granzille Tucker, A.K.A. "Rickey", 22

On Thursday, April 12, 2007, at approximately 10:05 p.m., police received a call for a shooting
at 1340 Danforth Road, Apt 210. Police located a man suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Granzille Tucker, also known as "Rickey", 22, for
Second Degree Murder.

On February 1, 2007, an arrest warrant was issued for the suspect, charging him with Weapon Dangerous, Sexual Assault, Assault Bodily Harm, Assault, and Threatening. He remains at large on all charges. He is to be considered armed and extremely dangerous.

Date/time: On Monday, April 9, 2007, at approximately 7:05 a.m
Location: 626 Sheppard Avenue West
Victim name/age: Jeffrey, "Sean", Delgado, 20
Suspect(s): Boy, 16 ( name protected under young offenders act )

police were called to 626 Sheppard Avenue West for a man outside that address suffering from obvious trauma.

Jeffrey Delgado, 20, of Toronto, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

On Sunday, April 15, 2007, at approximately 4 p.m., a boy turned himself in to 32 Division.
The 16−year−old, of Toronto, is charged with Second Degree Murder.

This was a memorial made for him by friends and family, 2 girls wrote on that Starbucks cup "we poured out some green tea for you, R.I.P. Sean", he had many loved ones. Sean lost his older brother about a year and a half ago. My condolences to his family.





The arrow on the right in the piture of my street points to the alleyway where Sean's body was found. His name was Jeffrey Delgado but his friends called him Sean.

Date/time: Friday, April 6, 2007, at approximately 2:30 a.m.
Location: 65 Greenbrae Circuit
Victim name/age: Gerard Telesford, 44
Suspect(s): Julian Cato Fiala, 33

police responded to a call for a fight at 65 Greenbrae Circuit . Police located Gerard Telesford, 44, unconscious with apparent head injuries. He was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

On Tuesday, April 10, 2007, investigators sought the public's assistance in identifying a
suspect.

On Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at 11:40 a.m., Julian Cato Fiala, 33, of Toronto, turned himself
in to 43 Division.

He has been charged with Manslaughter.

2007 Homicide #14

Date/time: Thursday, April 5, 2007, at approximately 3:35 p.m.
Location: outside Burnhamthorpe Collegiate Institute, at 500 The East Mall
Victim name/age: Jeremy Paul, 18
Suspect(s): Emmanuel Osae, 20

Jeremy Paul, 18, of Toronto, was shot outside Burnhamthorpe Collegiate Institute, at 500 The East Mall.

He was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

A vehicle seen leaving the scene was subsequently found at an address in the northwest part
of the city. Several men were arrested. As a result, a charge of Second Degree Murder was
laid against Emmanuel Osae, 20, of Toronto, also known as LITTL3Z (pronounced "Littles").
Emmanuel Osae appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, April 7, 2007.
Although no other suspects are being sought, investigators are interested in a man who fled
the scene. They don't consider him a suspect but wish to speak with him as soon as possible.
Police have not yet identified the connection between the two men and are unaware of any
gang affiliations.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Sergeant

Inside an apartment, police discovered the lifeless body of a man.

Date/time: Monday, April 2, 2007, at 4:57 p.m.,
Location: 40 Turf Grassway
Victim name/age: Allen Benn, 20
Suspect(s):

It is believed that:
− at approximately 4:30 p.m., Allen Benn left his home to run an errand,
− on his return, he was summoned by and became involved in an altercation with several men
near the stairwell doorway of 40 Turf Grassway,
− he received multiple stab wounds, staggered to the parking lot, and collapsed,
